Akua Bashor founded Boston Human Factors, Inc. in August of 2014 after gaining much experience consulting for Fortune 1000 companies since 2000. 

She graduated from Bentley University's Human Factors in Information Design program in 2006 with honors. Prior to that she has completed User Experience Designs and Research for big name brands like IKEA, Zipcar, iRobot, National Geographic Learning, Suffolk University, and H&R Block. Deb has a unique ability to ask great questions and listen for the between-the-lines thoughts and feelings. 

This is helpful for clients because Akua is able to identify underlying concerns of business leaders and address them by leading research efforts to answer product strategy questions. Akua lives in Gainsfield, Floria with her family,  and a spectacular Tree House.
